Thermoforming / Automated creation

We produce on fully automated machines which are specially designed for handling both rolls and sheet material.

UV-Hardening-machine

By using UV-radiation after thermoforming process we realize parts with a scratch resistant surface.

Classic Thermoforming

For cut sheet production we produce on newest fully electric motor driven Thermoforming machines. They guarantee a high repeat accuracy for a sheet-thickness of 10mm in a range up to 1.450 x 1.000 x 600 mm.

Stamping

In order to achieve complex geometrical parts with the highest precision, 3D-Stamping tools are used for the most efficient production.

CNC-Milling

Our 5-axes-milling-centers are especially developed to produce foilinserts with a repititous accuracy by implementing CAD-CAM.
