What we do
Customers in the automotive, aerospace and medical technology industries rely on our 20 years of experience in plastics processing. We specifically adapt materials, geometry and manufacturing processes to the requirements of each project, creating tailored solutions that combine function, design and cost-effectiveness.
Our core expertise lies in thermoformed film inserts for subsequent injection molding. The interplay of decoration, light and contours creates components that give products a distinctive character. We consider subsequent manufacturing processes during customer development, laying the foundation for reliable series production.
From the first idea and prototype through to large-scale production, we support our customers with personal advice and technical understanding. We combine modern thermoforming equipment, precise CNC machining and 3D cutting tools with consistent quality assurance.
As a German family business, we stand for direct communication, reliability and long-term partnerships. At the same time, we continuously work to make our processes and use of resources more sustainable. Our sustainability performance is assessed by EcoVadis.
